On March 23, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on preparatory work for the international forum to attract foreign investment in Turkmenistan’s oil and gas industry at the government meeting, Turkmenistan: Golden Age reported.
The forum will be held in Paris on April 24-25. It will aim to present the ongoing investment projects in the energy, construction, industrial, transport and communications sectors of Turkmenistan’s economy.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of attracting foreign investment in the oil and gas sector. Highlighting the important role of the presentation of investment projects in these sectors, the President instructed Deputy Chairman to hold the forum in a proper manner.
