President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev extended condolences to the citizens of Russia who were injured and killed in the terrorist attack in the Moscow Region, the press office of the President of Kazakhstan reported.
«Kazakhstan strongly condemns the terrorist attack against civilians in Moscow,» Tokayev said.
The President said there is no justification for terrorism. He called on United Nations Member States to unanimously express non-acceptance of this type of violence against innocent people and noted law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan are ready to help Russian law enforcement officers.
