On March 16, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants of the Exhibition and Conference of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) that mark the 16th anniversary of the Union, Turkmenistan: Golden Age reported.
«Today, the activities being undertaken by Turkmen businessmen to implement the state policy of scientific and technological reforms, the use of the wide opportunities of the digital economy and the development of the industrial, agricultural and service sector in compliance with modern requirements are exemplary,» Berdimuhamedov noted.
The President noted that Turkmenistan has created the favourable conditions for entrepreneurs to boost export of high-quality products manufactured at the enterprises with modern technologies and able to compete in foreign markets. They are also achieving positive results in promoting international trade and economic partnerships.
«By intensifying public-private cooperation, adopting effective methods of economic management and attaching great importance to the private sector, we will further accelerate economic growth of the Fatherland, continue the active investment policy, enhance the economic strength of the country and implement consistent measures to improve the living conditions of our people,» the President said.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed belief that entrepreneurs will further work hard towards improving market relations, creating a modern legal framework and an enabling business environment, promoting highly effective innovative reforms and advancing the model of economic development and initiate large-scale projects.
