Kyrgyzstan is seeking to buy medications directly from Russian manufacturing plants. In his interview with TASS, Minister of Health of the Republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said he would visit Russia and meet with the representatives of the pharmaceutical companies and the plant managers in Moscow.
Beishenaliev noted that the Kyrgyz specialists have visited the Russian plants to conduct preliminary talks. He said RF Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko visited the Republic in November 2023 to discuss deliveries of medications in detail. The Minister presented the list of medications manufactured in Russia.
The Minister of Health explained that the Republic is seeking to buy medications in relation with the establishment of the Kyrgyzfarmatsiya State Enterprise that will manage a state pharmacy network. He emphasised that the aim of his visit to Russia will be to discuss bilateral cooperation.
