The airlines of Kazakhstan are advised not to fly over Yemen due to airstrikes in the region, Sputnik reports referring to a message from the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan.
The Aviation Administration of the Republic, headed by Katalin Radu since 2022, conducted aviation security threat and risk assessment in civil aviation. Based on the assessment results, the airlines of Kazakhstan were recommended not to fly over Yemen. Flights over this region will resume after the airlines receive appropriate permission.
As was reported, the United States and the United Kingdom have launched dozens of air strikes across the Hudaydah Port and the facilities east of the port this week.
