President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev received Astana Akim Zhenis Kasymbek, who reported on the socio-economic and infrastructural development of Astana, the press office of Akorda reported on the Telegram channel.
The Astana Akim said the city showed positive dynamics in all key economic indicators. In January-October, the total investment exceeded one trillion tenge. It is planned to launch 25 investment projects worth 87.7 billion tenge by the end of the year.
The President was informed about the construction of social facilities, such as schools, subsidized housing and medical centres. As was reported, measures are being taken to resolve the situation with long-term construction projects, demolition of dilapidated buildings, development of residential areas, etc.
Commenting on the report, President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev gave specific instructions on the further development of social and engineering infrastructure.
