On November 28, the Kazatomprom managers received for the first time a master’s degree from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute), the press office of the University reported.
The ceremony took place in the building of the Faculty of Physics and Technology in Almaty.
“In 2024, we will provide training to meet the company’s needs at the Almaty branch, where more than 100 students are studying – future specialists of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan – nuclear and IT specialists,” the press office of the University led by Rector Vladimir Shevchenko reported.
According to the press office, the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) has been implementing training programmes for Kazatomprom – a world-famous company that controls 46% of the global uranium market, for several years now. The University is going to extend the list of training platforms for managerial personnel.
