President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev visited the plant of reinforced concrete structures in Kyzylorda Region. The total cost of the project is 2.6 billion tenge; it was partially funded by the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, the Telegram channel of Akorda reported.
The President was informed that the plant produces 200 cubic metres of structures per day and visited an exhibition of building materials produced by other construction enterprises. Tokayev was informed about the main social and economic development indicators of the region, including the growth in the manufacturing, agricultural, construction, housing construction and trade sectors.
«This year, it is planned to increase investment in fixed assets to 472 billion tenge. Most of them are raised from private investment funds,» the President of Kazakhstan was informed during his visit to the plant.
Talking to the entrepreneurs, Tokayev emphasised that the state will continue to support small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan.
