On October 12, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will pay an official visit to Bishkek at the invitation of President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.
During the visit, the RF President will discuss current issues on the bilateral and multilateral agenda, as well as the prospects for promoting mutually beneficial cooperation.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Japarov and Putin will attend a gala event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the opening of the CSTO Air Base in Kant on October 12.
A meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States chaired by Sadyr Japarov will take place in Bishkek on October 13. Vladimir Putin will attend the meeting.
