President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev commented on the report of Minister of Justice Azamat Yeskarayev on the work done by the Ministry in January-September this year and its plans for the near future, the Telegram channel of Akorda reported.
The Minister of Justice reported to President Tokayev on the approved laws aimed at optimising national criminal and administrative laws, as well as on measures taken to improve and expand the scope of administrative justice.
«The President was informed about the new provisions on civil registration, real estate rights and notarial, advocacy and enforcement proceedings, as well as measures to protect intellectual property rights,» the press office reported.
Commenting on Azamat Eskarayev’s report, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev instructed the Ministry of Justice to join efforts with the Prosecutor General’s Office to jointly adopt by-laws to the Law On the return of illegally acquired assets to the state.
