Vice-Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Azygaliev discussed with Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitry Kobitsky the preparations for the autumn session of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly. The Telegram channel of IPA CIS reports the details.
The session will be held in Kyrgyzstan on November 16-17, and its agenda include a plenary session, standing committee meetings and the Youth IPA. An international conference on the role of Chingiz Aitmatov will be held as part of the event.
The autumn session will be the largest IPA CIS event in Kyrgyzstan this year. The proposal to hold the event in Bishkek was put forward by Nurlanbek Shakiyev during the plenary meeting in Samarkand.
A meeting of the Control and Budget Commission, the international electoral school and the Tavrichesky youth discussion club have taken place earlier.
