President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited the Office of E-Government in Kazakhstan. The presentation of the IT projects on citizen-state interactions took place during the visit, the Telegram channel Akorda reported.
Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Musin made a presentation on the IT platforms designed in Kazakhstan, including the examples of using them to register births, real estate and vehicles.
The e-Otinish projects were presented to the two leaders: the system accepts citizens’ applications. The space monitoring system can track any illegal activities of subsoil users and find unused agricultural land.
The Digital Family Map Project, which is a social protection database, was presented to the leaders of the two countries. The database helps classify families by their level of welfare and provide targeted social assistance.
Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan was signed. The agreement envisages the exchange of experience in the implementation of the e-government platform and the training of Tajik specialists at IT schools and research institutes in Kazakhstan.
