President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council in Ashgabat. Representatives of law enforcement agencies reported to the leader of the country on the implementation of measures to introduce digital systems. This was reported by the state news agency «Turkmenistan Today».
Attention was paid to the results of the relevant work for the first six months of 2023. These technologies are used in the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of National Security, the State Border Service and their structural divisions, as well as in customs and migration departments.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of introducing advanced systems into the work of the relevant agencies. According to him, it is necessary to use world experience in the relevant direction.
The meeting was also dedicated to the preparation for the parade in honor of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan. In addition, the president appointed Amanmuhammet Sazakov as a new Chairman of the State Migration Service. Previously the official was a deputy head of the department.
