On Sunday morning, February 20, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov drove a sports car across the Karakum desert. The head of the state made several difficult turns, and also easily overcame natural obstacles. It was reported by the state news agency «Turkmenistan today».
Before the ride, Berdimuhamedov did exercises, took a short walk, and took a look at the desert around him. He put on a sports uniform and noted that sport unites the peoples. Then the head of the state checked the technical condition of the car, in particular the tire pressure and sand temperature. After that he got behind the wheel of a sports car.
Riding the SUV, the leader of the country made several difficult turns, which proved great driving experience of the president in the steppe conditions.
During the ride, the sports car had a flat tire. Berdimuhamedov quickly changed it. Then, having reached one of the hills, the leader of the country stopped for a while to think about the great things that will be done in Turkmenistan in the future.
