According to Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavki Zavkizoda, Tajikistan had doubled its exports since joining the WTO.

On December 6-8, the first sessions on the Trade Policy Review of Tajikistan within its membership in the World Trade Organization were held in Geneva, Switzerland. The main speaker was the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavki Zavkizoda, the press office of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade reported.

The list of exported goods increased by 1.8 times. Industrial production rose 2.1 times and agricultural production –1.3 times.

Tajikistan launched the Single Window system to simplify the export, import and transit procedures and an online trading platform.
