Private clinics in Kyrgyzstan to be inspected

Inspection results will be reported to the President’s Administration.

A commission has been set up to inspect private healthcare institutions in Kyrgyzstan. Chairman of the Government Akylbek Zhaparov took the decision to set up an interdepartmental commission, the website of the Government of the Republic reported.

The working group is tasked to conduct inspections at private healthcare institutions for 2 months and develop the proposals for the optimisation and improvement of their activities. Inspection results will be submitted for consideration to the President’s Administration.

As was reported, Kyrgyzstan joined the Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer. The focal organisation is the National Centre for Maternal and Child Welfare under the Ministry of Health of the Republic. By 2060, the country should achieve at least 60% survival for all children with cancer. The programme also provides for assistance to the families of sick children.
