Pervy international Russian-language children’s camp launched in Kyrgyzstan

Children will spend their holidays in two shifts.

The Pervy international children’s camp for children from five CIS countries opened in Kyrgyzstan. The activities should inspire children to study the Russian language and culture. The camp will work on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul until August 26, the press office of the Institute of Contemporary Social and Humanitarian Research reported.

About 360 children between 7 and 18 years old can be accommodated in two shifts. The timetable includes interactive classes, master classes, guided tours and competitions. During each shift children will learn 4 thematic modules about the history of Russia, scientific discoveries, national traditions and crafts and Russian literature and art. The camp will not do without entertainment and sporting events.

The organisers noted that the camp will not only improve their language skills, but also help children make friends who are interested in learning the Russian language and culture.
