On December 6, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov received telegrams of congratulations on his birthday from his foreign counterparts. The leaders of the CIS states were the first to congratulate the Kyrgyz leader, the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan reports.
In his telegram, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Kyrgyzstan under the wise and far-sighted leadership of Sadyr Japarov has entered a new stage of development. The country is implementing grandiose reforms and social and economic development strategies.
He noted the attention and consistent support provided by the Kyrgyz leader to boost bilateral relations and strengthen friendship and brotherhood between the two peoples.
In his telegram, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev highly evaluated the current level of friendly relations between Baku and Bishkek. He said the expanding political dialogue, mutual high-level visits, as well as economic and humanitarian cooperation are the essential factors that characterise bilateral relations.
