On November 22, Chairman of the Government of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov informed about the main areas of activity of the executive body for the next seven years in accordance with the recent presidential election, the press office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported.
The Prime Minister said the candidate of the People’s Coalition Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev won a convincing victory in the early presidential election, noting that his candidacy was supported by citizens of Kazakhstan.
The Prime Minister specified that the main task of the Government for the next seven years is to implement the election programme of the elected President. The government agencies are tasked to improve drastically the national economy, social sector and political projects on a regional scale, Alikhan Smailov emphasised.
The Chairman of the Government noted that all government agencies need to focus on creating the prosperous and safe living conditions for the population and developing the country to achieve the ultimate goal – to build Fair Kazakhstan.
