On November 14, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev held a meeting with activists of the newly formed Zhana Adamlar (New People) youth movement. Speaking at the meeting, the President welcomed the establishment of such a youth movement and assured of his readiness to provide full support to motivated young people, the press office of Akorda reported.
The President said at the present stage of its history, the country is involved in profound modernization and construction of Fair Kazakhstan. It is therefore very important that young members of society live by the principles of diligence. “Time of great decisions and breakthroughs has come, and the youth is to implement all this,” the President said.
The President mentioned the experience and practice of Elon Musk, who is popular among the younger generation. He moved with his family from South Africa to the United States, where, thanks to his creativity, business skills and extraordinary approaches, he managed to do what is now called the “phenomenon of Elon Musk”.
The Kazakh leader called on young people build together a tolerant and progressive society, noting that to do this, young men and women of Kazakhstan should educate themselves diligently and consistently, increase their intellectual capacity and develop comprehensively.
