On November 10, Tajik leader Emomali Rahmon made a working visit to Vahdat to review the progress of construction and beatification works and open a number of social and economic facilities. He put into operation the new building of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan and inspected the conditions created in the building, the press office of the President of Tajikistan reported to CentralAsia.news.
The four-storey building with a basement meets modern requirements. The offices, archives department and a library with Rahmon’s books, newspapers and magazines, recently published books by classics and contemporary poets and writers are located on the ground floor. The library will help employees and specialists enlarge their knowledge and skills with new information from books and publications.
9 specialist offices are located on the first and second floors of the building. A spacious conference hall with the capacity of 100 seats is located on the third floor. It is a venue for various events.
