On June 19, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud during his official visit to Riyadh to discuss a number of important issues of bilateral cooperation, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.
Noting with satisfaction the high dynamics of cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, the interlocutors highlighted the importance of organising mutual visits at top and high levels.
Kulubaev underlined the need to build up trade and economic contacts, open direct regular flights between the two countries and promptly resolve the issue of issuing tourist eVisas for citizens of Kyrgyzstan to Saudi Arabia.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan touched upon the issues of the international agenda and Kyrgyzstan-Saudi Arabia interaction within the international and regional organisations, including the OIC.
It was noted that the Kyrgyz side supports the candidature of Saudi Arabia to host World Expo 2030.
