On May 30, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC Almassadam Satkaliev. The top manager of the investment holding reported on the multi-vector work done for the first four months of the year, the press office of Akorda reported.
The President was informed about the production and financial achievements of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, as well as the expectations for this year. Satkaliyev emphasised that Samruk-Kazyna JSC has achieved the targets for all indicators during the specified period.
The CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC briefed the President on the progress of the implementation of major investment agreements, modernisation of the largest infrastructure facilities and the initial public offering of shares of the portfolio companies.
Commenting on the report, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev gave the CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC specific instructions on the direct obligations of the investment holding.
Samruk-Kazyna JSC is a key financial holding in Kazakhstan, whose mission is to improve the national welfare of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The fund was established in 2008 by the Decree of the President.
