A booster vaccination is offered to citizens who have received the full two-dose course of a coronavirus vaccine.

On December 20, a booster vaccination was launched throughout the Kyrgyz Republic; every citizen can receive a booster dose of the vaccine. The booster campaign was initiated in line with amendments to the decision adopted by the collegium of the Ministry of Health on December 16, the press office of the Ministry reported to CentralAsia.news.

Additional vaccination points will open, if necessary. Online training is provided for health workers who will be involved in the booster campaign. Those who will get a booster dose of the vaccine will receive an electronic vaccination certificate.
