On November 29, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov met with the heads of the international election observation missions. The President said the authorities of Kyrgyzstan would make all the necessary efforts so that no one had doubts about fairness of the parliamentary elections in the country, the press office of the President of Kyrgyzstan reports.
Japarov said the leadership of Kyrgyzstan was ready to cooperate closely with all political forces that would be elected to the new Parliament.
The international observers congratulated Japarov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the success of the parliamentary elections. They commended Kyrgyzstan for the excellent work done to hold the elections and the transparent and fair election process.
Chairman of the CEC of Georgia Giorgi Kalandarishvili said Kyrgyzstan was well ahead of his country in the use of such technologies as automatic reading machines and voter identification.
He noted that his country had just started testing these technologies and intended to adopt Kyrgyzstan’s experience in this sphere.
