Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Musa Jamanbaev and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting in Tashkent. The interlocutors discussed aspects of cooperation in the light of the upcoming working visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Bishkek, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported to CentralAsia.news.
They focused on the implementation of joint plans and projects to be launched on the eve of the visit. The emphasis was placed on key aspects of industrial cooperation. The officials discussed the progress of the implementation of previous agreements between Mirziyoyev and President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
They discussed the events scheduled to take place this year to mark 30th anniversary of diplomatic cooperation between the two Republics.
Bakhtiyor Saidov said he is ready to fully support the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in its efforts to strengthen partnerships between Bishkek and Tashkent.
