Tahir Nazarov, a teacher at the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, became one of the winners of the international online competition «Expert of the Year-2021». The scientific contest was organized by the international center for scientific cooperation of the Russian Federation «New Science». It was reported by the «Neutral Turkmenistan» newspaper on January 4.
As part of the competition, Nazarov presented an article «The potential of educational clusters in the formation of the digital economy of Turkmenistan». For this work, he received a first degree diploma and got the right to publish an article in a special collection of the competition, as well as in a scientific online library.
— One of the main vectors of the strategy of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan is the modernization of the education system through an active partnership between education, science and production, — said the teacher.
He stressed that educational clusters are a group of educational institutions that operate on the basis of a single end-to-end educational, methodological, scientific information support. An important advantage of the respective clusters is the activation of partnerships between universities and the labor market, added the teacher.
