The Qatari side expressed its readiness to assist Kyrgyzstan in implementing the projects and promote bilateral relations.
On June 1, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov held a meeting with CEO of Qatar Charity Yousef bin Ahmed al-Kuwari. The interlocutors discussed the prospects of further cooperation in humanitarian, social, economic and educational projects, the press office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Talking about the educational projects, the leader of Kyrgyzstan suggested considering the possibility of opening information technology, English and Arabic language centres, supplying necessary equipment and providing Internet access to schoolchildren in the remote regions of the country.
Japarov said Kyrgyzstan attached great importance to promoting and expanding multifaceted cooperation with Qatar and intended to bring bilateral relations to a higher level.
The CEO of Qatar Charity emphasised that his company was committed to positive bilateral relations and expressed his readiness to contribute to the implementation of projects in various fields.
