On March 25, mass voting of the 4th season of the 100 New Faces of Kazakhstan Project started. The seed of the initiative is to promote the ideas of success, competitiveness and pragmatism and the cult of knowledge. They are embodied in the biographies of citizens, whose achievements on the professional or service fields have significantly contributed to the progress of the independent Motherland, the Sputnik of Kazakhstan reports.
Applications were accepted within one month. 2,790 stories about people’s greatest professional accomplishments in seven spheres of activity have come from all the regions of the country. The sections “Culture and Sport” and “Education and Society” have the largest number of stories.
Citizens of Kazakhstan can vote for their favourite stories from March 25 to April 1 using social media or by email. More than one vote in each category cannot be sent from an IP address.
In case of revealing dirty tricks, such as voter fraud, the organizing committee will disqualify the applicant. The competent jury consisting of well-known public figures of the country will approve the applicants who get the most votes.
