People in Tajikistan have become happier

The Republic has gone up by 9 points in the ranking of the happiest countries in the world compared to last year.

Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan have become happier, as illustrated by the ranking of countries in the World Happiness Report. The Central Asian state holds the 62nd place among 149 countries in this global survey. The Report was released on the WHR website on March 19.

According to the survey, Tajikistan has gone up by 9 points in the ranking of the happiest countries in the world compared to last year. The life factors, such as GDP per capita, healthy life expectancy, social freedom, security and absence of corruption, are surveyed in the World Happiness Report.

The Russian Federation holds the 60th place. Finland has placed at the top of the list as the happiest country in the world.

In his congratulatory address on the Navruz Holiday, President Emomali Rahmon noted that all citizens of the country should remember that they were happy to live in the independent state and free homeland.
