Uzbekistan donates 20 ambulances to Kyrgyzstan

Isuzu D-Max and Volkswagen Caddy ambulances were donated on behalf of the Uzbek people.

The leaders of the two states visited the Technology Park in Yashnabad district of Tashkent in the framework of the official visit of President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov to Uzbekistan. Shavkat Mirziyoyev informed his Kyrgyz counterpart that Uzbekistan would donate 20 ambulances to the brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan, including 10 Isuzu D-Max ambulances manufactured at the SamAuto plant and 10 Volkswagen Caddy ambulances manufactured at the Jizzakh Automobile Plant, the website of the President of Uzbekistan reports.

The leaders of the two states visited an exhibition featuring the products manufactured by 24 industries and 14 regions of Uzbekistan, including the enterprises of SC Uzavtosanoat. UzAuto Motors JSC presented the entire range of vehicles it was promoting in the domestic and foreign markets.

Mirziyoyev said Kyrgyzstan had a high industrial potential, and Uzbekistan stood ready to contribute to implementing it through cooperation and exchange of experiences.

Japarov thanked the Uzbek people for the gift and expressed gratitude to Uzbekistan for taking efforts to enhance fraternal ties and good neighborly relations and providing continuous assistance and support to his country.
