Uzbekistan-UAE trade exceeds $650 million

Since 2021, trade between the two countries has been growing annually by an average of 20%.

The ceremony of signing investment agreements took place in Abu Dhabi on the eve of the official visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the UAE. The delegations were led by Minister Laziz Kudratov from Uzbekistan and Minister Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei from the UAE, the press office of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan reported.

Uzbekistan-UAE trade has been growing annually by over 20% and reached $650 million in 2024.

337 enterprises with Emirati capital operate in Uzbekistan, and investments exceeded $1.5 billion in 2024.

The joint investment company is implementing the projects worth $192.5 million in healthcare, geology, agriculture and tourism. 15 new agreements in the energy, healthcare, transport and logistics sectors with the major UAE companies, including AMEA Power, Masdar and Solar Power Shine, were signed during the ceremony.
