Kazakhstan created the Innovative Project Navigator, designed to assess and forecast labour demand and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing projects. This statement was made by Minister of Labour Svetlana Zhakupova at a government hour on the labour market development in the Majilis, Sputnik reported.
She said the platform is currently tracking 755 investment projects which will create 150,000 new jobs.
«The platform should provide a basis for assessing the project feasibility in the planning phase and, in general, serve as a universal tool for managing regional development,» Svetlana Zhakupova said.
The Innovative Project Navigator will allow for the formation of labour resource orders for specific projects and exclude unscrupulous suppliers which lack labour resources.
However, further use of the platform will require regulatory changes in public procurement and budget planning.
