On October 10, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with Rais of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov, Turkmenistan: Golden Age eNewspaper reported.
Hero-Arkadag noted that interaction between Turkmenistan and Tatarstan is dynamic and fruitful, expressing belief that Minnikhanov’s visit will be another step to strengthen friendship and cooperation.
«The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the time-tested reliable partners of our country. Regular high-level meetings and talks contribute to strengthening traditional ties,» Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasised.
Rustam Minnikhanov highly evaluated the contribution of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to strengthening relations between Russia and Turkmenistan. The parties discussed partnerships in science, education, culture and professional training.
