On June 12, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Turkmen scientists on Science Day and the start of the Science, technology and innovative technologies in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state International Conference, Turkmenistan: Golden Age reported.
«I firmly believe that the informative events marking Science Day will contribute to the work of scientists in important and promising areas of science, promote the exchange of experience and strengthen cooperation,» Berdimuhamedov said.
The President noted that science and education, advanced developments and high technologies are the driving force behind the ongoing large-scale activities to develop the country. Modern achievements in science and technology, knowledge and innovation serve as the key to the prosperity of the country, modernisation of the national economy and progress in all areas, as well as strengthen the position of Turkmenistan on the world arena.
«Turkmenistan always stands ready to consistently expand cooperation in science, technology and innovation with international organisations and research centres of foreign countries, as well as coordinate joint efforts,» Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised.
