Uzbekistan concludes important agreements at SPIEF

The large-scale event in St. Petersburg focused on economic cooperation and the implementation of joint projects.

The Uzbek delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khojaev signed several agreements of particular importance for the Republic at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, reported.

One of the key documents was the agreement on a single window system among Uzbekistan, Russia and Belarus, which is aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses under joint projects.

The exchanges of Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening partnerships and interaction.

Gazprom and the Government of Uzbekistan signed an agreement on an action plan to increase gas supply to Uzbekistan via the Central Asia-Centre-4 gas pipeline, which was of particular importance.

The representatives of the National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan and Rosseti discussed the prospects of cooperation and exchanged plans for joint training and innovation projects.
