Deputy Prime Minister Kulginov makes work trip to Kostanay Region

Altay Kulginov visited a number of industrial and social facilities and met with workers of enterprises and rural residents during his trip.

On March 5, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Altay Kulginov made a work trip to Kostanay Region to inspect the progress of the implementation of the major state programmes, the press office of the Prime Minister reported.

Altay Kulginov visited a number of industrial and social facilities in the administrative centre of the region and other settlements.

The Deputy Prime Minister visited the regional hospital in Kostanay, talked to local health workers and inspected the progress of construction works on a 200-bed perinatal centre. Kulginov visited the construction site of a school designed for about 1,000 children in Bereke microdistrict of Kostanay and reviewed the building plans of 9 more schools designed for 15,000 children.

The Deputy Prime Minister visited the Kostanay polytechnic college that trains specialists for the agricultural, engineering and energy industries.

Altay Kulginov visited Zhukovka village, where he discussed with the residents the implementation of the Auyl Amanati Project that envisages providing concessional loans to rural residents at 2,5% rate. They addressed issues related to the improvement of living conditions, repair of roads and construction of a water supply network and a new school for 100 children in the village.

The Deputy Prime Minister visited the construction site of a smart schoolchildren centre with hobby and sports clubs during his work trip to Kostanay Region.
