The Center of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, located in the capital of Turkmenistan, held a master class on diplomatic negotiations for senior students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International University for the Humanities and Development, as reported by «Golden Age».
The lectures were held in both face-to-face and virtual formats with use of «Zoom» software. They were organized in a special auditorium at the Institute of International Relations within the permission of the administration of the higher educational institution.
As part of the master class, attention was paid to preventive diplomacy and negotiating skills at the diplomatic level.
The lecture course was launched on December 5. The lecturers were John McGregor, the head of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Center, and Sami Faltas, professor from the Netherlands. The event was organized on the occasion of the anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.
