On August 10, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to France Sadyk Sher-Niyaz met with President at Finentrep Aspir, President of the Kyrgyzstan-France Business Association Noel Casabianca, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The diplomat made presentations on the investment opportunities of Kyrgyzstan and government support measures for businesses, highlighting the need to continue to work towards the diversification of bilateral trade and economic partnerships in various areas, including agribusiness, energy, winemaking, green technologies and tourism.
The Ministry reports that the French side got interested in the Embassy’s proposal to hold a Kyrgyzstan-France business forum in France this year.
The interlocutors outlined further steps to implement joint projects.
The Ambassador and the President at Finentrep Aspir confirmed their readiness to further discuss the technical and financial aspects of a Kyrgyzstan-France business forum.
