Alikhan Smailov expresses condolences to Japanese people through embassy

During a meeting with the Ambassador, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan emphasised that his country knows Mr. Abe as a politician devoted to his country.

On July 12, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov visited the Embassy of Japan in Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister expressed his support and condolences to the Japanese people over the tragic death of the political leader Shinzo Abe, the press office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported.

Shinzo Abe served as the Prime Minister of the Land of the Rising Sun before his death. Talking to Ambassador Jun Yamada, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan emphasised that Kazakhstan knows Mr. Abe as a politician devoted to his country, who has invested a lot of successful efforts in bringing Kazakhstan-Japan relations to a new height.

Shinzo Abe, serving as Japan’s Prime Minister, had made a tremendous contribution not only to the social and political development of Japan, but also to strengthening international dialogue, Alikhan Smailov noted.

The Chairman of the Government of Kazakhstan wrote an entry in the book of condolences during his visit the Embassy.
