On July 5, in Ashgabat, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting of the State Security Council. Within the framework of the event, special attention was paid to the enrollment of citizens in the military educational institutions. It was reported by the state news agency «Turkmenistan today».
Secretary of the State Security Council, Head of the Ministry of Defense Begench Gundogdiyev presented a draft order on the approval of the plan for enrollment of Turkmen citizens in higher and secondary professional educational institutions of law enforcement agencies this year.
Berdimuhamedov signed the document. He drew attention to the fact that the military universities must admit worthy young people. The head of the state gave an order to focus efforts on the relevant work.
Part of the meeting was dedicated to the importance of raising the level of teaching and using modern methods at the military institutions of Turkmenistan. President also instructed Gundogdiyev to educate citizens, who serve in law enforcement agencies, in the spirit of boundless patriotism.
