Home loans to be given to citizens of Kyrgyzstan

Residents of Voenno-Antonovka village told the Prime Minister about their problems with land plots.

On June 15, Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov met with the residents of Voenno-Antonovka village, Sokuluk district, Chui Region, who told him about their problems with the registration of land plots, including building permits, the press office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reports.

With the aim to harmonise the regulations and simplify the procedure to resolve the problems of with land plots facing local populations the Government had announced the land amnesty, Akylbek Japarov emphasised.

The Chairman of the Government said concessional home construction loans would be given to the local populations so that they could use to build a new house.

The government officials, who were attending the meeting provided explanations on all the issues raised by the residents.

Earlier, the residents of Voenno-Antonovka village gathered at the President’s Office building. They expressed dissatisfaction with the terms established by the Regulations on the land amnesty, which set a 3-month term to   the issues related to ownership of a land plot.
