On June 8, Head of the Dushanbe City Administration Rustam Emomali attended the opening ceremony of two private kindergartens in the capital of Tajikistan. Education in these preschool institutions will be based on the well-known international programmes, the press office of the Mayor’s Office reported.
The first kindergarten located on Tunis Street is named Cherry Kid’s Academy. The three-storey building is designed for 150 children. Classes in this educational institution will be delivered in the English language and based of such programmes as Cambridge, STEAM and IYCS.
The second private kindergarten is named Dushanbe Montessori. The name speaks for itself. Education in this educational institution will be based on the method developed by Maria Montessori that encourages independence among children in the prepared environment.
The kindergarten is designed for 150 children. Teachers will deliver classes in three languages: Tajik, English and Russian. This educational institution was built in accordance with the instructions of President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
