Japarov puts capsule in foundation of President’s Office building

The building, being built on the place of the Issyk-Kul Hotel, occupies a total area of 21,000 square metres.

On April 15, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov put a capsule in the foundation of a new President’s Office building in Bishkek. The President noted that the Issyk-Kul Hotel, which had fallen into disrepair, was previously located on this place. It was decided to start construction of a new building on this site, the press office of the President of Kyrgyzstan reports.

Japarov expressed belief and hope that the new building with a total area of more than 20,000 square metres will be of high quality and its walls will be strong and stand for many years.

The concept of the new administrative complex that would be located opposite the President’s Office building was presented for review to the leader of Kyrgyzstan on the construction site. 

According to the press office, the administrative complex will be modern and multifunctional and have a well-developed infrastructure integrated into the existing and future urban canvas.

This is one of the modern and multifunctional administrative complexes in Kyrgyzstan.
