On March 8, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov congratulated women of the country on International Women’s Day. He underlined the important role of women in national development, the press office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported to CentralAsia.news.Emphasising that women of Kyrgyzstan make a tremendous contribution to the prosperity of the motherland, Japarov said the authorities will be unable to conduct successful political and economic reforms without involving the fair half of humanity.
The Kyrgyz leader added that global peace, cohesion and creation rest on the fragile shoulders of a woman. He paid particular attention to mothers who play the role of caring wives, responsible professionals and initiative leaders.
A day before, Japarov had a meeting with the women of various professions from all the regions of the country. They told the leader of Kyrgyzstan about their life and work. The President of Kyrgyzstan presented them with engraved watches.
