On December 24, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on the construction of a complex of buildings of the first specialized military school named after Berdimuhamed Annayev. The construction will be carried out by a Turkish company. It was reported by the state news agency «Turkmenistan Today».
According to the document, the Ministry of Defense of the country was given permission to conclude a contract with the Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş holding. The company will design and build the 700-seat facilities. The complex of buildings will be located along Beyik Saparmurat Turkmenbashi Street in Ashgabat.
The decree was signed in order to improve the quality of training cadets of military schools, enhance the beauty of the capital of Turkmenistan, and introduce innovative teaching technologies at the institution.
Construction will start in January next year. According to the order, the complex has to be be opened in August 2024.
