The forum will bring together teachers from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
The 6th Congress of Teachers and Educators of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held in Dushanbe from 27 to 30 October. The participants in the event will adopt a resolution setting out an education development strategy of the CIS, the press office of the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation reported.
The theme of the forum is “The educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States is a strategic resource for its sustainable development”. It will bring together teachers from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
The Congress sessions will include the plenary meetings, panel discussions, roundtable meetings and the 1st International Festival of Pedagogical Excellence; diplomas in the nominations “Teacher”, “Educator” and “Psychologist/Social Educator” and the Badge of Excellence in Teaching in the CIS will be awarded.
The forum will focus on improving the quality of school education and developing academic mobility and promote exchange of experiences in the application of innovative education technologies.
